If the site checks out OK using the test above and you are still not able to connect to the site from your computer it can be because of:

1. If it is a new site, the domain name can take a day to get spread out in DNS.
2. Routing issue at your ISP. Something is wrong at the ISP that makes certain parts of the Internet not work.
3. You have been banned: You have viruses or spyware. The malware is making automated requests to the site.
4. You have been banned: By abusing, trolling or hating on the site.
5. You have been banned: If you visited the site during DDOS your ip-address may be blocked.
